Dynamic, relationship focused Senior Project Engineer required for Perth Metro position.
As the Senior Project Engineer - Civil, you'll report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing the works contract and delivering all aspects of the civil construction project as required.
Duties shall included, but limited to:
Taking a proactive role in the delivery of Heath, Safety Environment & Quality. Setting and maintaining of appropriate standards of behaviour and Assisting OM and contractor representatives in establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing HSEQ objectives and targets

Taking a proactive role in the delivery of Heath, Safety Environment & Quality. Setting and maintaining of appropriate standards of behaviour and Assisting OM and contractor representatives in establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing HSEQ objectives and targets
Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure conformance with the Project Management framework.
Leading the Project Controls including the development of forecasts, schedule management/compliance and cost control.
Administer the contracts under delegation from the project manager.
Review and verify the monthly claims.
Assist with any technical queries and ensure engineering sign-off is achieved.
Support the project manager in preparation of monthly reports.
Key Experience Required:
Tertiary civil engineering qualification and 4-8 years of engineering construction experience.
Significant technical experience sub soil drainage, civil infrastructure projects and decision making.
Previous project controls experience with a sound understanding of project cost and schedule controls
Experience in liaising with principal contractors and engineering consultancies on civil related projects
An attractive contract rate and conditions are offered. Preferred to be based in Perth
